10 Dumbbell Floor Presses (total weight = 50% 1 rep barbell bench)
10 Inverted RowsThen:

Notes: Have fun. I wouldn’t expect many PRs here due to the lat work done earlier this week. I would use whatever 1 rep max you hit today to help determine your starting weight for Barbell for Boobs. Remember, you only have 3 total attempts. Thus, it is very important that the first lift is a load that you can hit confidently. You want the second lift to be a weight that you have hit before in training and allows for you to go for a PR on the third attempt.
