Workload:

Back Squat: Work up to a heavy triple then perform 2 sets of 3 at 85%

Then:

Every 30s for 5 Minutes Perform a 40m Run
*Rest 3 minutes then perform:

Every 30s for 4 Minutes Perform a 40m Run

Notes: Did you get your registration form in for Bench for Boobs?!  We need everyone to be registered shortly so we can plan accordingly for the event. Post questions in regards to the workout.
