5 Deadhang Ring Pull-ups
10 Reverse Lunges (45lb Dumbbells)
15 Kettlebell Swings (55/25lbs)

Notes: Have fun. Sorry about the post yesterday. Brian wrote the workout in the comments for Wednesday’s post and it is on the whiteboard in the gym.

For the sled pushes, if you feel it predominantly in your QUADs then we have an issue. It should be mostly be glute and hamstring that get worked.

    Since the weight for the kb swings is lower, should it be full extension to overhead?
