Deadhang Chin-up (Weighted if you wish)
Notes: If you can’t get 3 rounds of the handstand and chin-up cycle go to dumbbell presses or a subbed handstand (Feet on box). Write down your bench from today! Because remember, we all are doing Bench or Boobs!
