Per a couple of conversations I have been having with people about how astonishing the athletiscm is of some of these Olympic athletes take a look at a couple videos below.  One demonstrates the ability for humans to continually progress towards extapulating more from their potential.  Another, shows dominance in one sport (a 500+lb clean and jerk from a man that weighs the same as Kramli), and the last shows how athletic many of this individuals are outside their sport.  The last video is the Gold medal shot put thrower doing a relatively casual 285lb snatch…

    1 hour row on the Delaware. The oars found the one spot on my hands not covered in lifting calluses and turned it into a pulp.

    Makes you long for the erg.

    Last summer rugby practice before the season starts next tuesday. Finally get to see if that goal gets achieved.
