*Work up to max for the day

Then:

10 Cycles of:
100m Shuttle (50 out / 50 In)
10 Push-ups
*Rest 60s * Repeat for 10 cycles

Notes: Work up to a 1 rep that is a true 1 rep max or close to it depending on how you feel.

    Great pic! Those climbs at the Tour de France are CRAZY! Hard to even walk up, and the top guys come over the top going something like 20 mph.

    • 20mph is a great flat road pace for average bikers, these guys are special to say the least. Anyone else getting an itch to get a road bike while watching the tour?

        Yah amazing. Avg decent down hill will be about 60sMPH. Flat round pace will be in the mid 30s. Uphill will be about 20.

        The complexity is everyone is packed in millimeter from each other. Swarm.

    90# push press. met my PR. last time I was able to do this was October 2010, so it’s almost like setting a new PR again

    10 rounds completed. 3 strict and 7 mod push ups each round
