Workload:

5 Rounds of:
10 Kettlebell Swings (Chest: 100/70)
100m Shuttle (50 out, 50 in)
*Rest 30s & Repeat

Then:

5 Rounds of:
1 Rope Climb
10 Glute-Ham Sit-ups

Then:

15 Deadhang Pull-ups

Notes: Do each section of the workout right after each other. IF you can get more than 15 pull-ups in one set at the end, perform a max set. Post questions.

    All parts of the wod done.

    Rope climbs were done with legs.

    Strict Pullups done: 6 blue band, 9 green band. Focusing on really driving technique for the pulling movements.
