*Then perform 3 sets of 5 at 80% max set.

Then:

2 Clean and Presses (60% – max press weight)
10 Reverse Lunges (Barbell on Back, same Weight as C&P, & 10 each side)

4 Clean and Presses
8 Reverse Lunges

6 Clean and Presses
6 Reverse Lunges

8 Clean and Presses
4 Reverse Lunges

10 Clean and Presses
2 Reverse Lunges

Notes: Listed repetitions for the lunges accounts for 1 side – total reps will be double what is listed. Post questions.

    worked up to 210×5

    First round of 2 and 10 was done at 120# as i misread the directions for the weight. Did all of the other rounds at 100#.

    Skipped front squats. bum leg.

    Did the second half of WOD at 135# with back squats rather than lunges.
