WHITEBOARD – 1 June 2012

Image

Workload:

2 Cycles of:

4 Intervals of:
200m Shuttle (100out & 100in)
*1 minute rest

Then:

4 Rounds of:
5 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
10 Knees-to-elbows
10 Wallballs (20/14)

*Rest 3 minutes and repeat whole cycle

Notes: This actually may be my personal hell…Enjoy the weather the best you can and keep an eye on how you cut in the shuttles.  Just like in a solid squat, we don’t want those knees being in a crap position.  Think but back and knees out on the transition.

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
