worked up to 210×5
First round of 2 and 10 was done at 120# as i misread the directions for the weight. Did all of the other rounds at 100#.

Skipped front squats. bum leg.
Did the second half of WOD at 135# with back squats rather than lunges.
One of those WODs that seem easy on paper and suck in real life….
