Notes: Post questions as the workout is a little tricky. Perform your sprints (4) and after the completion of the last lift you have 90s to get back into the training room and set up for your clean and jerks. Once the 90s is up you have 4 minutes to find a max clean and jerk.
Once the 4 minutes is over you have 3 minutes to rest and recover. Then, you repeat the whole process again. So, once you are completed you have done 8 sprints and found 2 max clean and jerks for the day.
Post your total time for the sprints and lbs lifted in the C&Js. Total score = Time(s)-Lbs
