  4. I believe Brian was the only one in there today doing any real work.

    Breaking my bad habits… Worked on fixing my snatch start position and keeping feet flat during pulls.

    Worked up to 245 with decent form.

    C&J – Same issues – worked up to 285 but caught it like crap.

    My pace got much better this time. My strongest was the last set and my first two were exactly the same.
