First day back in a while. Had to get a sexy metcon in. Did 10 rounds of Cindy to ease back in to things.

worked up to 65# dumbbells. got 70 on the right, but failed the left.
skipped the tabata
Re-did the HSPU and Muscle ups in 7 minutes with 28 hspu, 20 muscle ups.
Then 2 rounds reps at 205 bench and chin ups.

12 muscle ups + 18 HSPU
