Turkish Get-up
*Work up to a challenging double on each side

NOTES: You should be able to get the two full reps with minimal rest inbetween. Consecutive successfull lifts count. Look yo get about 10-14 reps on each side with heavier weight.

    7 minutes AMRAP
    headstand Pushups
    Muscle Ups
    Must switch on failure/stop of each exercise.

    42 reps

    * muscle ups not a full extension on the bottom. need to work on that.

    That was good workout. Was good to see Kemm competing/sweating again.
