Workload:

On the minute for 10 minutes perform 2 power cleans
*Start weight at 70% power clean max. Build with each successful round. Lower weight when form deviates from being “clean”

Then:

8 Rounds of:
10 Kettlebell Swings (70/55 Full Extension)
1 Bear Walk around the perimiter of the room
10 Wall Taps (Hold Plank position and then alt hands reaching straight in front of you. Crown of head is always towards wall)
