WHITEBOARD – 26 March 2012
Workload:
Back Squat
*Work up to a heavy 3 rep max
*2 Sets of 3 at 85% after you hit your max. Then:
6 Rounds of:
50m Sled Push (160/100lbs)
15 Push-ups
Notes: The squats should not be slow! Your 3 rep max is not a absolute max. It should be a 3 rep max that you know with certainty that you will hit all 3 reps with good form and good bar speed. Slow movements = poor athletes.
Take a look at the video. At the very end of the video he finishes with a heavy double in the front squat. Notice the speed and confidence in the movement:

Sled pushes were horrible. Horrible as in almost puked after round 3.
Sled pushes are a good reason to be thankful I’m on the DL this week.
75 full snatch + Hang snatch
112 casual power clean + jerk
135×3 front squat.
Inspired by Dimas. That is the most ridiculous training video of all time. Also, watch this…..Reza power cleaning 220 @ the 4:20 mark. A little bit different style than Dimas………
