Workload:

Back Squat:

10 Reps x 60% 1 Rep Max
5 Reps x 70%
5 Reps x 75%
5 Reps x 60%
1 Set of Max Reps at 80% 1 rep max

*Rest 2 minutes inbetween all sets

Then:

4 Rounds of:

5-3-2 Reps of:
Barbell Front Squat
Push Press

Notes: Look at January 30th for the last time you did these squats with a max set. Acknowledge your previous max set when posting your new one.

For the second part, pick a weight that is challenging, but you should be able to get all reps unbroken. The Push Press will be the limiting factor, so look to pick a 10rep max weight or 70-75% 1 rep max.
