WHITEBOARD – 15 February 2012

Workload:

Max Clean & Jerk

Then:

500m Row

Notes: Build up to a heavy single in the clean and jerk.  Once you reach a max for the day, rest 5 minutes and perform the 500m row.  Make sure you get about 8-10 singles within 100-80% of your 1 rep max of the clean and jerk.
