Notes: Perform the handstands facing the wall. If you are not confident with the movement perform them piked and with your feet on a box. Not a huge fan of the banded handstands because most people get pulled out of position and start to arch their low backs a great deal.
If it works for you, then keep going with it. But, just be aware of the tendency for poor positioning.
