WHITEBOARD – 2 December 2011
Workload:
Max Broad Jump
*Toes behind the starting line. You measure from starting line to the back most heal. If your two feet land at different lengths you use the foot that traveled the least as your measurement. You must land with both feet and CONTROLLED! If you are not controlled in your landing it doesn’t count.
Then:
3 Rounds of:
50m Sled push (180/135lb)
10 Strict Burpees
6 Broad Jumps (1 foot shorter than your max for the day)
Notes: Any type of discomfort or disfunction in the hip/knee/ankle then DON’T do the max broad jumps. Be smart, as dynamic movements have a greater likelyhood of injury.
Oh, and you think you can get one this far?

Keep an eye on Kramli’s toe placement. He tends to “cross the line” occasionally.
it only works that way if I was actually the one who is a serial rule breaker: I make the rules therefore rules I cannot break.
