Dana, I vote power. Your hips were right at parallel, but it was still power.

Is the definition for power that the hip must (a) stay above the knee or (b) not drop below the knee? If the former, then I’d say full. If the latter, power. I found it most useful to look at your right leg, even though it’s further away. I think it’s actually at less of an angle wrt the focal plane.
