No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...

runs at the track, and pull-ups at the bars next to the track. definitely felt like a creeper. I think I saw Ralph snooping around in the bushes.

Interesting GPS watch distance calculations measured and noted:
lap 1: .24 miles should be equal to last lap in distance
lap 2: .27 miles should be same as 3rd in distance
lap 3: .25 miles should be same as 2nd in distance
lap 4: .24 miles equal to first in distance
So based on this:
Lap 1 marker is 386.24256 meters = .24 miles
Lap 2 marker is between 434.52288 (.27) and 402.33600 (.25) – 32 meter discrepancy??
So the theory is that the first lap is a little short and the second is a little long. All based on the accuracy of the GPS watch of course.
