Notes: Have fun kids. If you are looking for a sub perform 4 Strict Pull-ups, 8 Straight bar or ring dips, and 16 Kettlebell Swings per round.

      You’ll know if the repair was to standard after a few hill decents. πŸ™‚ a bad repair has a built in road burn punishment in it.

        I must have gotten the tube twisted on the front tire as it blew today. No biggie, I had my spare with me so I also enjoyed my first roadside tube change. C02 inflators are the best.
