WHITEBOARD – 4 August 2011

Workload:

5 Rounds of:

20 Double Unders
15 Wall balls
10 Knees to Elbows

NOTES: Remember the hook-grip?  You can use it on the Knees-to-eblows.  As long as you are not torquing the grip you should be fine with a hook-grip on a bar above you.

19:40. first day doing 20# to the 10′. double-unders were alternating double-single. And there’s pretty much no way I can hook grip that pull-up bar.

    Brick workout:

    Bike: 10 miles in 34:17
    Run: 2 miles in 21:06

    Total time w/ transition: 57:46

Didn’t have to get off the bike once and only had to stop on the run because my left shin was burning in the second mile.

    Felt fantastic.

If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
