WORKLOAD:

Push Press 

  • 3-3-3-3-3

Then:

6 Minute AMRAP 

  • 3 Ring Dips
  • 6 Pull-ups (Deadhangs)
  • 9 Push-ups
Notes: Try to make the movements as strict as possible.  The hip and the chest should be 1 joint.  No waiving in the trunk!
Who would be interested in a once a month olympic lifting evening class.  It would be 2 hours and it would be time for everyone to come in, get the weight moving up and work on corrections and drills as a needed basis.

    When I first saw the sand dunes I got worried the sand bags were back.

    I would really enjoy the oly class.

    • Can you think of a sport where a compromise in your position due to movement restriction could be deadlier than motorcycle riding? KStar would back the appreciation to our Moto Athletes.
