Notes: Try to make the movements as strict as possible. The hip and the chest should be 1 joint. No waiving in the trunk!
Who would be interested in a once a month olympic lifting evening class. It would be 2 hours and it would be time for everyone to come in, get the weight moving up and work on corrections and drills as a needed basis.

Why do I have an urge to ride a motorbike?
When I first saw the sand dunes I got worried the sand bags were back.
I would really enjoy the oly class.
OLY lifting class will be a definite yes if it is followed up with a Triumph/Landing cool down
