WORKLOAD:
One the minute for as long as you can:
Perform 2 Thrusters (95/65)
Escalating Burpees (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, etc.)
*Stop the workout when you can not complete the prescribed reps within the minute time frame.
Notes: The thrusters stay constant at 2 on the start of every minute. The burpees follow right after the thrusters and escalate every minute you last. They start at 2 and build by 2.
Post questions. This is very similiar to the ladder we had before but you do NOT have to work back down.

Either I did something wrong here or I’m just really out of shape, probably a little of both.
7 rounds complete + 2 thrusters + 14 burpees.
Most/all of us are counting “10 rds” as the round with 10 burpees
