Then:

20 Kettlebell Swings (100/70lbs)
1 Rope Climb (Legless)

    WOD: 3 rounds + 20. Had to use my legs as the open blister on my right hand opened even further on the first pull. KB Swings broken up: 20 – 10/10 – 10/10 – 20
