WHITEBOARD – 25 May 2011

Workload:

Front Squat

*Work up to 1 rep max.  Then do 3 sets of 2 at 85% that weight

Then:

6 Minute AMRAP

  • 3 Push-Presses (85% 1 rep max)
  • 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 9 Ring Dips
Notes: You must clean the bar from the floor to start your set of push-presses.  If your clean is weaker then your push-press then you can take it off the rack (PS – This means you should work on your clean).  Have fun.

Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
