WHITEBOARD – 2 March 2011

Workload:

For Time:

  • 100m Row
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 200m Row
  • 80 Double Unders
  • 300m Row
  • 60 Double Unders
  • 400m Row
  • 40 Double Umders
  • 500m Row
  • 20 Double Unders

Notes: Only do this workout as prescribed if you are very good at double unders. If you have never hit over 50 straight don’t do this as written!

Lower the double-under for a sub. The first set should be a number that you think you could hit in 5-6 good sets (at maximum). If you can only string a couple double-unders together then go for something like this; (18,15,12,9,6,).

If you don’t have double-unders double the quantity as written and perform singles.

P.S. The main picture is of Kramli jumping rope when he first started (Nice leg kick!)…

If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
