12 Minute AMRAP:
- 12 Pistols (Alternate Leg)
- 12 Kipping Pull-ups
- 36 Double Unders
Notes: Workout is courteous of Crossfit Calgary (with a little modification). If your range of motion limits you in the pistol and you get a lot of pressure on your knee, sub the movement for reverse lunges or weighted step-ups. For the double-unders either do 2x singles or cut the double under number to 12 or 24.

My pistols, especially the left leg, were far from stellar though.

In the 4th round i stood on 45# plate and lowered on to a box to focus on depth and the drive out.
Double unders in rogue oly shoes is an interesting experience.
