15 Minute AMRAP:
All movements with 115/85lb barbell
- 1 Power Clean
- 2 Reverse Lunges (Each Leg)*
- 3 Rack to Overhead*
*Bar must be resting in front rack position
**Goal of the workout is to put the bar down as little as possible while keeping a good pace. For the power clean, simply touch and go at the bottom position if you don’t want a penalty (Every time you rest the bar on the ground you have to do 3 burpees before continuing your round).
