On the minute perform:
1 Burpee
1 Kettlebell Swing (2/1.5 pood)
*Increase 1 rep on each movement every minute (Minute 1 = 1 rep each, Minute 2 = 2 reps each, Minute 3 = 3 reps each, etc.)
**After you complete the movements for the minute rest for the remaining time.
***Once you can not complete the prescribed reps within the minute you are done for the day. Post rounds & reps
