WHITEBOARD – 31 December 2010
Workload:
3 rounds for time:
Row 250 m
25 Unbroken Wallballs 20#/14#Rest 5 Minutes then perform:
Work up to a 70% 1-Rep Snatch Weight. Perform 4 sets of 2 Reps at this weight. Pause in the catch for a 2 second count.
Notes: For the workout, please pick a weight for the wallballs that you can do 25 straight with. Do not go so low with the weight that the wallballs become easy. You want to be sure you can do the 25 straight the first round, but slightly unsure if you can pull it off the next two. Rest at the top position, with the ball weighted on your chest, but don’t put it down!
On a lighter note, Happy New Years! Celebrate, and be with your loved ones… and PS, eat something good.
Ella and Jack know how to enjoy some grub:

Cookies for breakfast anyone?
2010 was an awesome year, mainly due to everyone’s encouragement and positive attitudes. I am blessed to have you all in my life. In particular, CLT showed me I could run faster than I ever thought possible (albeit while chasing her around the track!). 2011 will prove even better!

85# snatch
Thanks, all for a great last two months! Down 15# since I started at the beginning of November, and much stronger. Needless to say, I feel better than I have all of 2010, and a lot of that is due to D&D and the lunch crew. Thanks, all!
