WHITEBOARD – 16 December 2010
Workload:
Max Power Clean
REst 5 Minutes then:
2 Power Cleans on the Minute for 10 Minutes (80% 1-rep max weight attained)
Notes: I think I am back folks. Remember a power clean is caught above a parellel squat. You don’t have to catch it in a full stance but the hip must be above the knees.
To get you pumped up (& it is my weight class):

When I was 35, it was a very good year……. A very good year
For any of you socia media type Gen Y’ers. This is Billy Shantners weird and creepy take on the ballad, “It was a very good year.” I wonder if Kramli thinks of his life like vintage wine from fine old kegs from the brim to the dregs?
