Workload:

Max Power Clean

REst 5 Minutes then:

2 Power Cleans on the Minute for 10 Minutes (80% 1-rep max weight attained)

Notes: I think I am back folks.  Remember a power clean is caught above a parellel squat.  You don’t have to catch it in a full stance but the hip must be above the knees.
