Updates
Over the weekend I had the pleasure of going to the Paleolithic Seminar over at Crossfit Hooboken. It was awesome, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their knowledge or simply looking to better their health or performance.
I am going to set up a weight-loss challenge at the gym pretty soon if anyone wants to be in. It would include an initial nutrition talk, probably a beginner class twice a month, and a prize at the end of it for the winner. Looking to set it up for the beginning of May. Will work on the specifics and have it up in the next coming weeks.
I realize that I set some mini goals for myself last week… If I want to accomplish them I got to pick up the pace. Will work on the reading tonight, and I will work on the design tomorrow. Have an idea of the logo and t-shirt, just need to work on them in Adobe Illustrator to make it come to life.
I will keep everyone posted on stuff…
