Back from the dead!
Sorry for the long lay-off from posting. I am going to make a concerned effort to update the blog more often, as I originally started it to keep me on track of accomplishing some goals.
The blog can’t help me stay on track when I never update it…
Motivation at the moment seems to be lacking. Love training the clients, doing the programming, and working hands on with them. But, I find myself lacking energy and studying is the last thing I want to do when I get home. I need to make a concerned effort to study more often and to finish some other key tasks. I think it is time to make deadlines for some of the tasks that have been floating around for awhile.
Things that need to be completed:
1. Master material for the NSCA Certification
2. Design Logo for Beyul Training & complete first T-shirt design
3. Get on a Motorcycle & occasionally touch my damn guitars (for my own sanity…)
4. Develop a business plan that allows for growth as a trainer and sets clear objectives.
I have four goals, two being relatively short-term (motorcycle/guitar & logo design), and two long term (mastering material & business plan). Probably a good time to set weekly goals for all four objectives. I will only start with three goals, as this week I have additional trainings and I will be saturated with information from the Robb Wolf Seminar on Saturday. I believe if I can find 1 hour a day to dedicate to one of the following goals I can get the following three things done in a week.
Goals for this week:
1. Read Two Chapters & Complete Note-Cards for all key terms by – 4/14
2. Mock up initial logo design & free-hand T-shirt Ideas – 4/14
3. Get Motorcycle over to shop to begin getting ready for riding – 4/14
Work starts tonight. To study or to mock-up the logo… I am feeling creative
