Back on the Train (Paleo Train that is)
Well, back to training (kinda). Took it easy today but my eating is back inline. I really didn’t diverge too much (a nice Hawaiian gluten-free pizza the night of the sectionals to celebrate, a bowl of ice cream, buckwheat pancakes, and 1 slice of regular pie = my divergence this entire week).
Tonight’s dinner consisted of 3 burgers, 2 fried eggs, guacamole, and green beans topped with some grass-fed butter. Oh the wonderful world of fat. For some reason I am craving yogurt bad… does anyone know where you can get some decent goat’s yogurt?
Sorry for the random post but I am off to study some more. Looking forward to leftovers tomorrow.
