SNOW, snow, and more snow. Apparently the apocalypse is coming and we should all spend the last days of our lives shoveling.
Knowing that I will just be doing some shoveling tomorrow makes the double training today seem like a good idea. Felt good about the hang power cleans (maxed a 3 reps for 235). I had more in the tank but focused on form. Makes me feel like a 300 clean is within reach.
Then the WOD was AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) of 3 wall walk ups with a 30 second hold at the top on the last rep, and then 2 rope climbs. You can see an example over at New Hope Fitness.
Problem with doing your own programming is that you have no one to hate but yourself. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. But, it definitely made me confident in the handstand position. I will have that freestanding handstand in no time, and walking handstand soon after!
