B1. Back Squat: Work up to a max 6r max (0-1 reps left in reserve), deload 10% and hit for 3 sets of 6

Conditioning/Accessory:

5 Rounds
50ft Bear Walk
15 KB Swings
15s Each Side Plank
8 V-up Sit-ups
