A2. KB Romanian Deadlift (Feet Elevated) – 4 sets of 8

B1. Back Squat: Work up to a moderate 6r max (2-3 reps left in reserve), deload 10% and hit for 4 sets of 6


Three rounds of the following: 

20s Rope Whip
20s Plank Hold

25m Sled Push (1/2 BW)
15 KB Swings
