A1. Turkish Get-up 3×2 reps each side

A2. Kettlebell Swings: 3 sets of 12

Strength:

C1. Front Squat: 4 sets of 5 (10-15lbs heavier than you 3 sets from last week)

Workout:

14m AMRAP:

8 – High Hang DB Clean to Front Squat: (Each DB=15% Front Squat weight)

5 – Box Jumps (Moderately high)

30s – Plank Hold
