C1. Back Squat: 4 sets of 10, at 10-15lbs more than last week.

Workout:

5 Rounds of:

DB Romanian Deadlift – Each DB = 25% 10 rep back squat
1e Side Offset Farmer’s Carry (25m – 70/35lbs)
10e RFESS – Unweighted
