A1. Turkish Get-up 3×2 reps each side

A2. Kettlebell Swings: 3 sets of 12

Strength:

C1. Front Squat: Build up to a 2 rep max (2-3 reps left in tank).

Deload 15% and hit for 4 sets of 3

Workout:

7 Rounds of:

30 Double-Unders

5 Overhead Medball Throws (20/14)

20s Lateral Rope Swings (Sway battling rope side to side)
