1a. Hollow Body Rock: 3 sets of 30s holds
1b. Shoulder Bridge Rock: 5 reps

Strength

Standing Barbell Press: 4 sets of 3  at 75% 1 rep max

Workout: 

5 Rounds of:

200m Sandbag Carry (1/2 BW or 25% max squat)

15 KB Swings

25m each side Cross Body KB Farmer’s Carry
