1b.Standing Weighted Oblique Reps: 10 (5 each way)

2a: Straddle V-ups: 3 sets of 6
2b: Jefferson Curl – 5

Strength Work:

Clean: Work up to a 1 rep max for the day

Conditioning:

8  Rounds of:

25m Sled Push (115/75)
5 Burpees
10 Full Extension KB Swings (55/35)
*Rest 30s and repeat

*30s Rest

    I did the opposite of Kemm and only did the cleans.

    Worked up to 265.

    Wasn’t really feeling 100% today due to soreness but i kept it in a quasi-maximal range. Today I was just mentally not in it.
