2a: Straddle V-ups: 4 sets of 3
2b: Jefferson Curl – 5

Strength Work:

Bench Press: 7 sets of 3 @ 75% max

*If you did more than 6 reps add 5lbs to your training max

Conditioning:

18 Minute AMRAP:

400m Run

50m Sled Push (180/100lbs)

5 Barbell Power Cleans (50% max clean)

5 Rack to Overheads
