Workload:
Pick something of low intensity that is steady state and perform it for 20-40 minutes. This could be doing a bike, slow jog, weighted walk, mowing and gardening, hiking, kayaking, walking a dog with a vest on, etc. I haven’t posted this in awhile because I thought it was assumed that people were doing active recovery work on Wednesday.
This low intensity work is pretty important for all those desk warriors and the less active types. I would like to see this stuff sprinkled into your week on a regular basis, but at least it programmed on Wednesdays forces you to be aware of it.
