A1. 3 Barbell Thrusters (70% Max 3 rep for the day)

A2. 2 Sets of “Deadhang Cindy”
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Notes: This workout actually makes me want to do the posted workout for a day. Have fun.
